Instructions For Ordering

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

Be sure to enclose your full name, address and zip code on both your order and the envelope. We will not assume responsibility for orders which do not have the name and address clearly written. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. Make check or money order payable to Larry Fritsch Cards. All personal checks will be held for 15 working days for clearance. For faster service please send postal money order.

FAX: Fax your completed order form (credit card orders only) 24 hours a day, (715) 344-0821. A 5% convenience fee will be added to phone and fax orders only.

MASTERCARD & VISA: Please include your account number, expiration date, home phone number, signature and last 3 numbers on back of card in signature box when ordering by MASTERCARD or VISA. These orders can be placed thru the mail, web site or by calling (715) 344-8687 — 9 a.m. to Noon, and 1 to 5:30 p.m. CST weekdays - and Saturdays until Christmas. A 5% convenience fee will be added to phone and fax orders only.

MINIMUM ORDER: $10.00 We will not accept orders for under $10.00.

SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE:  See table on order blank. Be sure to include shipping, handling and insurance on all orders. Orders received that do not contain shipping, handling and insurance costs will have the amount deducted from the money sent in before filling the order.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If you receive material damaged in transit, contact us before returning any items. This is very important as most damaged material must be inspected at your location before being returned to us.

WALK-IN: Walk-in customers are welcome. Any item listed in our catalog can be picked up in person. We suggest you call ahead to make sure the item is in stock. Normal walk-in hours are 9:00-Noon, 1:15-4:30 weekdays, Saturdays by appointment. (715) 344-8687.

RETURN PRIVILEGE: Merchandise must be returned to us within 10 days. Please pack it so it will not be damaged in reshipment. Please include a letter or call our office explaining reason for returning. Original shipping, handling and insurance fees and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
