1977-78 Topps Burger King Baseball Yankees and Rangers Team Sets

These team sets were produced by Topps for Burger King restaurants and distributed in the New York and Dallas-Fort Worth areas. All cards are standard 2 1/2” X 3 1/2” and are identical in style to the regular 1977 and 1978 Topps cards (note there are a handful of cards from each team that have picture cropping variations along with new poses). Each team contains 22 player cards and an unnumbered checklist. Both the 1977 and 1978 Yankee sets include Thurman Munson, Reggie Jackson, Catfish Hunter, Willie Randolph, Bucky Dent, Ron Guidry, Sparky Lyle, and more. The 1978 Rangers set includes Fergie Jenkins, Al Oliver, Sandy Alomar, Mike Hargrove, Bump Wills, Toby Harrah, and other top players from that team. Note the 1977 Yankee set does not include Piniella.
