In 1949 the Cleveland Indians released two photo packs. One was of action photos and one of portraits. We were recently able to acquire a collection from both groups. The photos came in an envelope celebrating the team's 1948 World Series win with the Indian mascot pictured wearing a crown along with three small photos next to him. All photos are black and white and measure approximately 6 1/2" x 9". Photos feature a portrait of the player along with their printed name. Photo backs are blank. Players marked with a * indicate the image is an action photo. All others are portraits. All at least EM unless noted.
