Larry Fritsch Cards recently was able to acquire a very limited number of unopened packs andmore from the 1961 Nu-Card Baseball Scoops. Each unopened pack is fin sealed and contains 7cards. These 2 1/2” x 3 1/2” cards are printed in red and white with a mock newspaper formatwhich commemorates a great moment from an individual player’s career, including the headlineand black and white photo on the front with the descriptive story on the card backs. There are 80cards in the set numbered from 401 to 480. Cards you might pull out of a pack include Willie Mays’Greatest Catch, Babe Ruth Hits 60th Home Run, Joe DiMaggio Hits in 56 Straight Games and somany other great moments in baseball.
