The first reprint set issued by Topps was the classic 1952 baseball card set. These cards were reduced from the original card size to the standard 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 card size, and have a glossy finish. The reprint set contains 402 of the original 407 cards. Numbers which weren’t issued are: #20 Loes, #22 Dom DiMaggio, #159 Rogovin, #196 Hemus and #289 Holmes.
