These cards were originally released in regional "Home Team" issues where you could collect the team or teams from your area. Each card features a beautiful full color photo on a "giant" 5 x 7 card. Each team's lineup consisted of between 6 and 12 cards and 11 teams were featured in the set. You could also order a complete set by mail. The overall set of the "Home Team" issues equaled 102 cards. Teams that were included are the Yankees, Mets, Dodgers, Angels, Cubs, White Sox, Rangers, Astros, Reds, Phillies, and Red Sox. Also included is the national release of 15 cards featuring Major League stars. In this set you will get greats from the early 80s such as Johnny Bench, Nolan Ryan, Tom Seaver, Reggie Jackson, Pete Rose, Mike Schmidt, George Brett, Jim Palmer, Dave Parker, and Ted Simmons.
